It is crucial that everyone realizes what stress can do to someone, especially the stress of a loved one’s life dangling on a limb. Online forms,do it yourself wills and even lawyer prepared living wills can and do get contested. One of the most important things to remember about a will is to have one, no matter what process you choose. The other thing to remember about a will is to keep it,insurance papers and other important documents where they can be found,not hidden where they might be lost or dis guarded.
